Release content and correspondence review
The cleaned manuscript and Lean companion passed a release-content review at these source roots:
- Manuscript:
c8aa57b3afffe683a2c5baa38a0fbaaf1c688ad4. - Lean companion:
8ac1df17098a15a575d29611151c2ec87d5780bf.
The review checked source correspondence, manuscript dependencies, licensing information, fresh repository histories and the preservation of all73 scope boundaries. It passed1509 export checks and14 additional condition-annotation checks. The mathematical Lean source is unchanged; one documentation comment was revised. The manuscript and its figures match the selected source artifacts.
The public scope summary preserves47 verified scopes,23 conditional scopes and3 exclusions, including all supporting ingredients’ stated inputs. These overlapping scopes are not counts of fully proved manuscript theorems. Actual operator identification, local/global bifurcation foundations, center-manifold construction and PDE stability remain outside the established conclusions where explicitly stated.
This verdict concerns release content and correspondence. Fresh build, axiom-audit and comparator receipts must separately bind the release source. It is not whole-paper certification.
Release-preparation successor
The content review extends to c749b53b02211901063228f52af123419b0dbaf5, whose parent is the clean root 8ac1df17098a15a575d29611151c2ec87d5780bf. Its only changes are a manual-dispatch verification workflow, README release/renderer metadata, and citation version/date metadata. The workflow uses commit-pinned actions and read-only repository permissions. No scientific source, checker, claim/scope data, coverage, comparator configuration or pinned dependency changed. The reachable history consists of the fresh root and this release-preparation child, with no incubation history. This is a content/fidelity verdict; successful fresh verification receipts must bind the successor.
A subsequent documentation correction updated25 coverage-note locators to the delivered public scope ledger and removed references to unavailable review histories. All73 paper statements, classes, claims, supplied inputs and row order remain unchanged; the exact note-only transformation was checked independently.
Receipt collection recovery review
The reviewed source remains commit c749b53b02211901063228f52af123419b0dbaf5. Its source-only build, complete ownership audit, compiled negative control and 1,525 indexed body queries completed successfully. The original receipt packager nevertheless refused acceptance: two documentation files changed during execution, and cached axiom summaries for ModeData and CubicData disagreed with the complete uncached body queries. The original refusal is preserved.
A separately reviewed collector may reuse those completed phases after authenticating the exact source, commands, terminal evidence, logs and retained outputs. It does not repeat compilation or body traversal. The composite report explicitly identifies reused phases and retains the original complete transcript separately. For the two declarations, cached summaries reported no axioms while uncached body traversal reported only propext, Quot.sound and Classical.choice; all other 1,523 summaries agree. The composite uses the complete uncached body-query records and does not silently erase the discrepancy.
Independent collector review passed 22 checks, including complete type and body-record preservation, the exact 176-module inventory and 528 compiled output files. Compiled-output and effective-compiler observations made later are explicitly identified as later captures. The separately retained negative-control record is linked through the successful original command sequence and exact control checker; it was not embedded in the original positive transcript.
This is approval of the recovery collector for execution, not acceptance of a production successor receipt. That receipt still requires successful execution and terminal readback. No manuscript scope is promoted, and neither whole-paper certification nor human scientific approval is inferred.
Production successor accepted
The separately executed collector subsequently completed successfully, and its receipt producer accepted the composite with no refusals. Independent terminal readback passed 17 checks plus 22 production-content checks. The compressed delivered report decompresses byte-for-byte to the sealed composite. Its SHA-256 is b8b85f6c7c65ea419169f1c03edea2ed777b64f893f4a72676af773dc9937b2b; the receipt SHA-256 is ef39e287ade1a6090599aa461fbc7d130dc89866b1543a6a245c388afb7f2342.
This accepts the authenticated phase-composite receipt. The original packaging refusal remains refused; the successor performed collection and validation, not another source build or full body walk. The original evidence and the explicit axiom-summary disagreement remain part of the release record. Public packaging and final publication checks are separate from this terminal verdict.
